Still captures of Helen from "Hum Hindustani" [1960] After years of struggling in the chorus line in a rare move for Hindi films Helen was 'promoted' to co-staring roles as a heroine (then later as the most famous item dancer in Hindi film history). "Hum Hindustani" was one of her first heroine roles and she starred in the film with Asha Parek and Sunil Dutt. Joy Mukerjee was her love interest.
